About Us
TAM Contracting Construction is a Saudi establishment specialised in excavation, levelling, rock cutting and construction site preparation, based in Riyadh.
Over more than thirteen years we have built a reputation as a dependable earthworks provider in the Saudi market, backed by a fully owned equipment fleet and specialised technical teams capable of executing deep excavation and rock cutting in dense urban sites and major projects.
We work as a specialist subcontractor to several of the largest contracting companies operating in the Kingdom, committing on every project to quality standards, safety requirements and agreed delivery schedules, in the belief that earthworks are the foundation on which the entire project rests.

Quality & HSE
Earthworks are among the highest-risk activities on any project: collapse of excavation faces, heavy equipment movement, and work adjacent to existing structures. For this reason the company dedicates two full-time quality and safety engineers to enforcing requirements on site.
Demarcation, fencing and shoring before descending to hazardous depths.
Helmets, high-visibility vests and safety footwear mandatory on site.
Water spraying during excavation and breaking, with regard for urban neighbours.
Progress, quantities and safety observations submitted to the main contractor.
Methodology
Site visit, review of drawings and levels, assessment of soil and rock strata, and identification of equipment access and egress.
Take-off of excavation, backfill and haulage quantities, and submission of a detailed quotation with clear items and a binding programme.
Transport of required equipment to site, preparation of haul routes, and completion of work permits and safety documentation.
Works executed in shifts to programme, with engineering supervision, daily site monitoring and progress reporting.
Verification of levels, dimensions and slopes against drawings, correcting any deviation before moving to the next stage.
Site handed over at the required level and clear of debris, with final quantities documented for the payment application.
